We do not process orders on the weekend, so orders placed on Friday usually ship out on Monday. Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
We accept returns whithin 15 days after the receipt of the item. Please email us at info@luxholix.com for return authorization. Once return is approved, items will be returned at buyers expense. Refund will be issued only the item is returned to us in original conditions with labels and tags attached etc. After the item is inspected and determined to be in original condition, refund will be issued less 15% restocking fee.
Lingerie returns:
Due to the US regulations, we can not accept any lingerie or club wear returns.
